Penn State Women’s Hockey Adds Moe Bradley As Assistant Coach

Penn State women’s hockey has hired Moe Bradley as its new assistant coach, the team announced on Tuesday.
“We are delighted to welcome Moe to our Penn State Hockey family. She is a dynamite teacher of hockey – a great communicator, a self-starter, a grinder, and most importantly, a genuine human,” said head coach Jeff Kampersal. “Moe will be a mentor for the women in our program and will help them holistically, both on and off the ice.”
Bradley joins Penn State after two years as the head coach of her alma mater, Division III school UMass Boston, leading them to a 21-26-5 overall record and back-to-back fourth-place finishes in the New England Hockey Conference.
She was named the 2024 NEHC Coach of the Year and developed three NEHC All-Conference selections. Before being named head coach, Bradley served as an assistant for the 2022-23 season.
Prior to her stint at her alma mater, Bradley served time at Stevenson University, Suffolk University, and Boston College. At BC, she helped develop one of its most decorated goaltenders in history.
Through her collegiate career, Bradley appeared in 30 games for the Beacons as a goaltender, ending with an 11-11-7 record with three shutouts, a .915 save percentage, and 2.23 goals against average.
“I am very excited to be joining the staff at Penn State next season, with many thanks to coach Kampersal for extending this opportunity,” said Bradley. “The momentum in Hockey Valley is palpable, and I realize how fortunate I am to be joining this program. I genuinely look forward to what is to come.”
