Four-Star Defensive End Tyson Harley Commits To Penn State Football

Class of 2026 four-star defensive end Tyson Harley has committed to Penn State football, per X.

The Gonzaga High School product is tabbed as the No. 2 player in the Washington, D.C. area, No. 33 edge rusher nationally, and No. 349 national recruit, per the 247 Composite rankings. Harley is Penn State’s ninth four-star commit of its No. 14-ranked 2026 recruiting class, per the same metric.

Harley posted 30 total tackles, 11 tackles for loss, and six sacks in his 2024-25 junior campaign in only six games, per his MaxPreps profile.

Harley chose Penn State over the likes of Maryland, Michigan State, and Rutgers. Check out his Hudl highlights here to see what the newest Nittany Lion brings to Happy Valley.
