Penn State Men’s Lacrosse Adds Chase Robertson And John Jude Considine

Penn State men’s lacrosse has signed midfielder Chase Robertson and attacker John Jude Considine from the transfer portal, the team announced on Thursday afternoon.

Robertson spent his freshman year with Utah, where he scored 16 goals and nine assists in 15 games before transferring to the Nittany Lions. The midfielder also scooped 11 ground balls and forced two turnovers. In the process, he earned second-team All-ASUN honors.

Considine spent four seasons playing Division III lacrosse at Hobart. In four years with the Statesmen, he has appeared in 31 games. In his first year, the attacker only appeared in three games before having a breakout second year, where he scored 20 goals in 11 games. In 2024, he started in three games before suffering a season-ending injury. Last season, he started in 14 games and scored 21 goals after coming back from injury.

Robertson and Considine join Spencer Hughes as the three players that Penn State has added from the transfer portal as it looks to build on its Final Four appearance last season.
