We’ve all seen random people around the Penn State campus handing out flyers, spewing out information, and asking you to sign petitions.

Whether it’s for a serious cause that could change Penn State in a major way, or something smaller, there are so many petitions going around. However, there still aren’t enough out there.

So, we decided to come up with some more Penn State-themed petitions we think need to be created.

Banning Penn State From FOX Big Noon Kickoff

We would all rather College GameDay come to town over Big Noon Kickoff, which is luckily the case for this weekend’s White Out. Plus, we can eliminate big games kicking off at noon if Penn State is banned from being on FOX’s pregame show.

Meal Plan At Off-Campus Restaurants

Using a meal plan to eat feels like using fake money, and doing that somewhere like Raising Cane’s would be one of the greatest things ever. A petition like this would surely get signed by the entire student body.

Squirrels Are Students

The squirrels on this campus are weirdly friendly. It’s time we made a petition to officially have them be students. Let’s get them a LionPATH account and all.

Add Elevators To Mount Nittany

Sometimes, you want to take in the beautiful views that Happy Valley has to offer, but you don’t want to hike to get to those views. So, let’s add elevators to Mount Nittany. Maybe you can get one free ride per year. I haven’t fully thought it through yet.

Another Year Of Andrew Funk Eligibility

We all miss Penn State hoops legend Andrew Funk. While he’s been away from the program for a couple of years now, it’s time the NCAA gives this man another year of eligibility so he can light teams up from the three-point line.
