Penn State Women’s Lacrosse Adds Five Recruits On National Signing Day

Penn State women’s lacrosse first-year head coach Kayla Treanor has her inaugural recruiting class.
The Nittany Lions signed five recruits in the class of 2026 to their program on Tuesday. Treanor is entering her first season at the helm of Penn State this spring.
The first high schooler to sign the dotted line was Carolyn Jones of Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Jones plays attack and attends Conestoga High School, as well as competes for the Philly Blast on the club circuit.
The headliner of the 2026 class is Reagan O’Donovan. O’Donovan is a five-star goalie from the McDonogh School in Maryland. The fifth-rated recruit in the class originally committed to Syracuse before following Treanor to the Nittany Lions in June.
Ava Roemer was the third recruit to ink her letter of intent to the Nittany Lions on Tuesday. Roemer is a 5’7″ right-handed midfielder from New York. She attends Niskayuna High School in upstate New York
Penn State added another midfielder to the class with 5’6″ left-hander Callie Bryan. Bryan attends Ridley High School in Pennsylvania and committed to the Nittany Lions last September.
The fifth and final recruit signed to the class of 2026 on Tuesday was Alexa Blaha. An Avon, Connecticut, native, Blaha plays defense at the Taft School. Blaha committed to the Nittany Lions before Treanor was hired.
The Nittany Lions have six other recruits who still have time to sign their letter of intent before the National Signing Day window closes.
