Report: Former Penn State Football Offensive Lineman Eagan Boyer Transfers To Florida

Former Penn State football offensive lineman Eagan Boyer has committed to transfer to Florida, per 247 and CBS Sports’ Tyler Harden. He has three years of eligibility remaining.

Boyer appeared in four games in his 2024 true freshman campaign, preserving his redshirt. He played in double those games in 2025 and started in the Pinstripe Bowl against Clemson, where he helped pave the way for Quinton Martin Jr.’s 100-yard rushing performance.

The 6’8″, 302-pound run blocker was ranked as the No. 18 player in North Carolina and No. 45 offensive tackle in the class of 2024, per 247Sports’ Composite rankings.

Boyer is the seventeenth Nittany Lion to find a new home in the transfer portal and the second offensive lineman to do so, joining Ethan Grunkemeyer, Kaylen Harvey, Matt Henderson, Elliot Washington II, and TJ Shanahan Jr.
