Penn State Women’s Lacrosse Releases 2026 Schedule

We are one month away from lacrosse season, folks.

Penn State women’s lacrosse announced its 2026 schedule on Twitter on Thursday, which features a February 7 opener against Richmond and nine home games at Panzer Stadium.

The team will begin its campaign much like it did last year, with an early matchup with the Spiders. It will then play a trio of home games involving a contest with UMass on February 11, Bucknell on February 15, and rival Pitt on February 18.

Penn State will then hit the road to take on Drexel on February 22 and Cornell on February 28. After returning home to play Colgate on March 4, Kayla Treanor’s squad will travel across the country for games against San Diego State and USC on March 8 and March 12, respectively.

The Nittany Lions will host Princeton on March 15, marking the final game before Big Ten play begins. The conference opener is slated for a home matchup with the Michigan Wolverines on March 22.

Penn State will head to Maryland on March 29 and Columbus, Ohio, on April 5 to take on the Buckeyes of Ohio State. The team will then return to Happy Valley for a pivotal stretch, facing Oregon on April 9, the national runner-up Northwestern on April 12, and Johns Hopkins on April 16.

The final game of the season will be played in Piscataway, New Jersey, against Rutgers on April 18.

The Big Ten tournament will kick off at Michigan on April 22, with the first round of the NCAA tournament scheduled to begin on May 8. Penn State will look to rebound from a 7-9 2025 season in Treanor’s first year at the helm.
