Snow Emergency Declared In State College

As of 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, January 25, the Borough of State College has declared a snow emergency.

All vehicles parked on public roadways must be removed to allow for snow removal. Any vehicle left on the road is subject to ticketing and towing. The borough reminds property owners that all sidewalks must be cleared within 24 hours after the snow stops.

A winter storm warning has been issued by AccuWeather until Monday, January 26, at 1:00 p.m., with 12-15 inches of snow expected.
