Three-Star Offensive Lineman Owen Reilly Commits To Penn State Football

Class of 2027 three-star offensive lineman Owen Reilly has committed to Penn State football, he announced on his Instagram on Friday.

His commitment comes just two days after an unofficial visit to Happy Valley on April 15.

Hailing from Bel Air, Maryland, the 6’3″, 290-pounder is ranked as the No. 12 player in the state and the No. 36 offensive lineman nationally, according to 247Sports’ Composite rankings. In addition to Penn State, Reilly held offers from Oregon, Maryland, Michigan State, and Virginia Tech.

The three-sport athlete out of Bel Air High School is a two-time state qualifier in wrestling.

On the football field, Reilly has spent most of his time at left tackle, but he also logged 12 tackles and a sack on defense in 2025 as a junior.
