Report: Penn State Hoops Forward Saša Ciani Enters The Transfer Portal

Penn State men’s basketball center Saša Ciani has entered the transfer portal, per Sam Kayser. He has one year of eligibility remaining.

Ciani averaged 2.1 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 0. 2 assists while shooting 38.9% from the field. He recorded a season high of seven points against North Carolina Central last December.

Ciani committed to Xavier for the 2023-24 season as a player from Slovenia. After one year, he then transferred to Illinois-Chicago and played for the Flames in 2024-25. He then transferred to Penn State and played one year for the Nittany Lions. He now hits the portal in a journey to find a new home.
