Report: Nick Dawkins Signs With Baltimore Ravens As Undrafted Free Agent

Former Penn State football center Nick Dawkins is signing with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent, per CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz.

After six seasons at Penn State, Dawkins has a chance to earn a roster spot in the AFC North. Dawkins made a name for himself as one of Penn State’s leaders, gaining team captain status in 2025. He started every game for the Nittany Lions aside from the Pinstripe Bowl over the last two seasons.

Dawkins played a major role in creating holes for both Kaytron Allen and Nick Singleton’s record-breaking years in 2025. He was named an All-Big Ten Honorable Mention by the media and was a William V. Campbell Trophy semifinalist and Jason Witten Collegiate Man of the Year semifinalist.

He won the 2024 Allstate Wuerfful Trophy, which is given to 11 college football players who combine exemplary community service, leadership, and performance on and off the field. He was also named Allstate AFCA Good Works Team Captain. Dawkins allowed two sacks in Penn State’s 16-game 2024 campaign.

Dawkins never took flight as a true center prospect, but his experience as a leader can prove valuable to the Ravens as they add solid depth to their offensive line. He joins No. 14 overall pick Vega Ioane in Baltimore.
