Penn State Athletics announced the details of the student ticket sale for the upcoming 2026 football season on Wednesday.

The third annual Penn State football student season ticket lottery is set to begin on July 20. Students in each class will have a week to submit an online request through their Penn State Student Account Manager. The cost for a season ticket remains the same at $246.

The “request windows” for student season tickets for each grade are as follows:

  • Graduate Students: Monday, July 20 to Monday, July 27
  • Senior Students: Tuesday, July 21 to Tuesday, July 28
  • Junior Students: Wednesday, July 22 to Wednesday, July 29
  • Sophomore Students: Thursday, July 23 to Thursday, July 30
  • Freshmen Students: Friday, July 24 to Friday, July 31

Requests open at 9 a.m. on the listed days and close at 5 p.m.

Student eligibility is based on official University semester classification and will lock at at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30. Students will receive an email on the week of July 13 with their information regarding their ticket request window.

As it worked last year, students who submitted a request will be billed $246 after submitting a request, but those who aren’t selected will receive a full refund.

Students will be notified the week of August 3 if their account was selected or not.
