Former Penn State football defensive end Dani Dennis-Sutton started a YouTube channel to document his offseason training and preparation ahead of his rookie NFL campaign.

Dennis-Sutton’s first video, titled “A Day In The Life Of Dani Dennis Sutton | NFL Offseason Grind,” shows clips of him working on his pass rushing with private defensive line trainer Tank Wallace, working out in Phoenix, Arizona, and getting treatment done with Denver Broncos running back Jonah Coleman while wearing a “1-0” Penn State shirt.

Dennis-Sutton ended his debut video with a kickboxing session, a phone call with agent Todd France, and a trip to Figa Chiropractic in Chandler, Arizona.

“When y’all see me getting them strip sacks and punching the ball out throughout the season, man, this is where it all starts and comes from,” Dennis-Sutton said in the video.

Dennis-Sutton was drafted No. 120 overall by the Green Bay Packers in the 2026 NFL Draft, pairing him up with former Penn State star Micah Parsons off the edge. Packer rookies reported to training camp on July 27, the same day the video was posted.

He appeared in 55 games for the Nittany Lions and racked up 127 total tackles, 34.5 tackles-for-loss, 23.5 sacks, seven forced fumbles, 10 pass deflections, and two interceptions in that span.

Dennis-Sutton is Penn State’s sixth all-time sack leader.
