Your Official Penn State-Temple Drinking Game

It’s officially the first Penn State football away game of the season!
After an easy win against Marshall in Week 1, the Nittany Lions are back. Whether you’re watching from the couch, watching from the stands, or not watching at all, it’s officially time to start drinking.
Here is our official drinking game for the Penn State-Temple matchup on September 12. The perfect start to an awesome slate of college football action.
- It’s a noon game, folks. Wake up, stretch, and start chugging!
- If you traveled to Philly for the game, take a sip. Way to show your support.
- If you’re from Philly, take another sip! Sure, “outside of Philly” people too.
- If you’re watching from the State College area, take a sip. The Nittany Lions will be back in Happy Valley in no time.
- If it looks like there’s more Penn State fans than Temple, take a shot. What even is an owl?
- Every time someone yells ‘We Are,’ take a sip.
- Every time Penn State scores a touchdown, take a shot.
- If someone mentions any of 2015, 10 sacks, or Christian Sackenberg, take two shots. We were trying to forget that one, Temple.
- If you’re a Steelers fan, take a shot. Not sure why, but just do it.
- If you’re an Eagles fan, drink water.
- Every time Penn State drama gets brought up, take sips of water. We can only hear about Pablo Pledgescobar so many times.
- If the announcers bring up Beaver Stadium, take a sip.
- If you’re watching at Doggies, get a slice of pizza.
- If Rocco Becht rushes for a touchdown, take a shot. That’s our quarterback!
- If Temple fans start acting like they might win, take a shot. (They aren’t going to win.)
- Every time a commercial break starts, take a sip of water. Everyone needs a break sometimes.
- If Koby Howard is the best wide receiver ever, take a shot.
- If you think Penn State has the easiest schedule in the Big Ten, take a shot.
- If Penn State wins, take a shot.
- If Temple wins… Let’s never talk about this again.
As always, folks, have fun and drink responsibly.
