Eleven players are now listed as “out” for Penn State football against Wisconsin after linebacker Cam Smith and cornerback Christian Askew were added to the Big Ten weekly availability report.

Smith and Askew, who began the week as “questionable”, joined fellow defenders LaVar Arrington II, Max Granville, Joshua Johnson, Tyler Armstead, Mason Robinson, and Dayshaun Burnett as players with an “out” designation as of Thursday night.

As for Penn State’s offense, only wide receiver Koby Howard, offensive lineman Will Tompkins, and tight end Cooper Alexander are set to miss the matchup with Wisconsin.

Still questionable are offensive linemen Brock Riker and Dominic Rulli, receiver Ethan Black, and tight end Andrew Rappleyea, who was banged up in the first half against Buffalo.

Safety Omarion Davis remains the lone player with a “probable” designation.
