Penn State Basketball’s ‘Ball At East Hall’ To Return October 22

Penn State men’s and women’s basketball are set to return for the fourth ‘Ball at East Hall’ event at 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, at the East Halls basketball courts.
Both the men’s and women’s basketball teams will attend the event. The night will feature basketball-related games that both players and students can get involved in, as well as food trucks, prizes, and more.
Men’s basketball will begin the 2026-27 season under the direction of fourth-year head coach Mike Rhoades. The Nittany Lions finished with a 12-20 record and only won three conference games a season ago.
They will begin their 2026-27 season at home against Canisius on Monday, November 2. Tip time is to be determined.
The Lady Lions are set for their first season under Tanisha Wright, who was a three-time Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year for the program in the early 2000s. They will open up the 2026-27 season at home against Cleveland State at 5 p.m. on Monday, November 2.
