Last night, former Chair of Fashion Design for Parsons, The New School of Design, Tim Gunn, spoke to a crowded Eisenhower Auditorium as part of the Student Programming Association's Distinguished Speaker Series to tell of his experiences as both a television personality and more importantly, an educator.

Although highly-touted tight end recruit Adam Breneman has yet to walk on campus as an official student of Penn State, he is already making a huge impact, and it has nothing to do with his football abilities. Breneman, who is missing his senior season due to an ACL injury suffered last June, announced his partnership with Project ALS. in July. Breneman set a goal to raise $20,000 by November 2nd. With the deadline two days away, Breneman released an update Tuesday afternoon announcing that this goal had been met, and then some.

They're baaaaaaaaaack. The same group of alumni that brought you the first Rally for Resignation appear to be at it again this home game weekend.
On the Facebook group for the New York City Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association, a message was posted telling of plans for another rally. This time the rally-ers "[intend] to make clear that many alums and fans alike are both supporters of Coach O’Brien’s football program and unhappy with the current leadership at Penn State."
