A new soccer scholarship is planned to honor the recent passing of John William McKenzie Brady, known as "Mack," the young son of Schreyer Honors College Dean, Christian Brady and Elizabeth Brady. Mack, eight, an avid soccer player with aspirations to someday play soccer professionally, was attending Park Forrest Elementary School. The scholarship is being established in Mack’s honor to benefit a member of Penn State’s men’s soccer team.
The 2012 Penn State Football season will forever be remembered for a myriad of moments. Over the course of the season, we all witnessed these moments -- both in triumph and defeat. Below is a compilation of some of our favorite images taken by our staff during this truly unforgettable season.
Today, the Nookie Monster, as part of a @SCSpikes promotion, will be "crashing" classes and giving out candy. If you're lucky enough to be graced with Nookie's presence, you will have an opportunity to enter a contest via information on the candy wrapper. You can't beat this. Then, students will be directed to post or tweet "I LIKE IKE" on Facebook or @SCSpikes for the opportunity to spend a "Day with Ike the Spike!"
