Two Kentucky men are facing charges for allegedly stealing catalytic converters from State College businesses and Penn State's Office of Physical Plant.
Jeffrey P. Fields was arrested in July 2020 after State College detectives used DNA evidence and genetic genealogy to connect him to the crimes.
Five Fullington Trailways bus routes to and from State College will be discontinued on April 1.
