The Centre County judge assigned to oversee the trial for former Beta Theta Pi fraternity members has recused himself from the proceedings.
The former manager of Baby's Burgers and Shakes is facing felony charges after she allegedly stole nearly $80,000 from the downtown State College restaurant over a two and a half year period.

Twenty other defendants still face charges in the case. A trial for most of them is scheduled for February 2019.
The one-hour and two-hour restrictions also will not be enforced beginning at noon on Friday until Tuesday morning.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
