Graham Spanier was ousted as Penn State President on November 9, 2011. And now, nearly a year later, the magicians magic has finally run out.
As was reported late last night, Pennsylvania Attorney General Linda Kelly announced that Spanier had been officially charged with one count each of perjury and obstruction of justice.
