IFC President Calls Emergency THON Meeting

Max Wendkos, president of the Interfraternity Council, sent out an email Saturday urging all leaders of Penn State student organizations to attend an emergency meeting at the Delta Upsilon fraternity house regarding the recent changes made to the THON rulebook.

PSU Team To Develop Greener Building Technology

Penn State is leading a team of researchers at the Energy Innovation Hub at the Philadelphia Navy Yard Clean Energy campus to provide greener, more efficient building technology. The Department of Energy has pledged to fund the project with up to $122 million over the next five years.

When I picked up a copy of the new Student Handbook, the first thing I felt was frustration. This could have been really helpful to me when I was a freshman. It would have been useful to me two weeks ago, actually.

PSU Drops To #3 in Party School Rankings

Just a year ago, Penn State was given the meaningless distinction of #1 Party School by the Princeton Review. After a tumultuous year, where we saw the tragic death of Joe Dado, the 'This America Life' podcast and the endless controversy over meaningless faux drinking holidays, Penn State has been dropped to #3 and the University of Georgia has been given the #1 spot.
