
From Sneezy the Squirrel, to sports upsets and Big 10 titles, to finding out Aaron Carter still has a career, we salute this school year and look back on its most memorable events.

Before I visited Penn State, I had never heard of the Nittany Lions, Joe Paterno, Happy Valley, or State College. I was the quintessential out-of-stater. One tour around campus, and I realized that this was a place that I wanted to be. I soon found that, like State College’s highly unpredictable climate, Penn State, even with all its traditions, is a place of constant change.

Ben Howard puts it nicely: "Keep your head up, keep your heart strong." Remember that phrase as you go on with your lives.

With my final week of class in full swing, its time to reflect on how beautiful Penn State is, and more importantly, how much this place has touched me. It's time to look at the good and the bad. It's time to wish I weren't graduating. It's time to wish for that bittersweet goodbye.
