The gates installed at each end of the area will be lowered and locked down at all times -- 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The new Skeller will open in time for Arts Fest, although the Troskos have yet to announce a specific date.
Voting was up in this year's election. Of the 144,425 eligible voters, 9,251 voted, for a voting percentage of 6.41 percent, compared to the 5.64 percent that voted in 2017.
The Office of the Attorney General said it will continue to push for this case to be heard by a higher court, but did not specify what its next move would be.
The store was located on East College Ave. on the property purchased by the Herlocher family in June 2017.
The hearings are scheduled to address proposed changes to CATA's A (Park Forest Village), B (Boalsburg), C (Houserville), HP (Toftrees/Scenery Park), M (Nittany Mall) and W (ValleyVista) bus routes. The changes would take effect on Aug. 18.
