Penn State Student Dies After Being Struck by Car in Pittsburgh

As first reported by Courtney Brennan of WPXI, Penn State student Cody Barrasse, 22, was killed after being struck by a car in the Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh early Saturday morning.
