Poor special teams and numerous penalties hampered the Nittany Lions in the victory. Both quarterbacks received playing time, and the situation does not seem as if it will be resolved any time soon.
For the first time in two weeks, a Friday night at Penn State will not feature a pep rally of any sort for the football team. Beaver Stadium may be empty, but Rec Hall will not be as Penn State Women's Volleyball hosts Long Island, Rutgers, and Florida Gulf Coast in the Hampton Inn Classic.
