The Nittany Lions will hit the ice boasting their highest preseason ranking in program history.
Penn State's third game of the season will kick off at 3:30 p.m. at Beaver Stadium and be broadcast on BTN.
Dunmore withdrew from the program earlier this month due to "personal reasons."
While at Penn State, Arnelle served at the forefront of the university's civil rights movements and was its first Black student body president.
The Nittany Lions have fallen out of the top ten of the poll for the first time this season.
