
Rylie Cooper, a current Penn State student and former Borough Council candidate, is behind the creation of Front and Centre, an organization focused on expanding LGBTQA rights in Centre County.

Penn State and the State College Borough Council both signed on to the "We Are Still In" letter, which to date has been signed by more than 900 businesses, 180 universities, 125 city and county leaders, nine governors, and 19 attorneys general.
