State College sustainability organization New Leaf is launching the co.space, a co-ed, co-living professional fraternity with a common interest in Social Innovation. The unique project being launched this Thursday where guests will have the opportunity to tour the facility

New State College Initiative to Benefit THON

According to an email sent by the Borough of State College Parking Department, a new initiative to raise money for THON will begin today. The borough has installed four of six parking "meters" painted by local THON children at various places in the State College area.

Guster Gets Personal at The State Theatre

Despite two decades of musical expertise and a stage loaded with pianos, string instruments, and drums; the spotlight was on the crowd last night at The State Theatre. Guster, a cult hit in the alternative scene, performed a stripped down, intimate acoustic performance where the the audience wasn't just passive consumers of the band's breed of bluesy jams, but a co-conspirator, guiding the night with requests from tweets, shouts and a "fish bowl."
