The Pennsylvania sandwich chain beat Keystone classics like Hershey, UTZ, Sheetz, and Crayola en route to its title of "Coolest Thing Made in PA."
The buffet will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will cost $32 for adults and $12 for children 12 and under.
Despite the new name, Up Up and Away Cafe will still serve up Bees Knees' beloved coffee.
The event will stretch from April to September and feature live music and other entertainment.
Champs Downtown is known for hosting DJs, but American rock band Joe Hertler & The Rainbow Connection will break that pattern.
