Joseph is the class' second defensive end recruit, along with Shane Simmons, one of the classes first, and most touted recruits.

Penn State and Temple will start their football seasons at 3:30 p.m. on September 5th in Philadelphia. It will be the two teams' 43rd meeting all-time.
