The threat came amid Monday night's virtual meeting in which dozens of community members spoke for three hours about the boroughs' 2021 budget.
Penn State students and staff are invited to participate in a 50/50 raffle supporting Centre County United Way.
The event will be livestreamed at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 9.
Applications are officially open through January 29.

After receiving support for more than 125 university campaigns, Penn State raised more than $990,00 through approximately 10,400 gifts.
