After two years and millions in renovations, Shaver's Creek is open to the public once again.
Following the $7.5 million expansion that started in 2016, Shaver's Creek will re-open on Labor Day weekend.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
The new additions are intended to make the LionPATH's Student Center more user-friendly.
"If we are to retain folks in the state, we need to provide the basic protections for them to live and work."
