
A Penn State student died in a car accident today while driving a Penn Stater Conference Center van.

Over 200 floats participated in tonight's Homecoming parade to honor the purpose and carry the pride.

It’s a tradition as old as time, yet no one seems to remember when it started: fraternity pledges guarding their Homecoming floats. After a long week of pomping and dressing up for their weeklong themes, the fun continues for the young fraternity gentlemen with night shift guarding of their floats for Friday’s Homecoming Parade.

The University Park Undergraduate Association exists, as defined in its own constitution, to represent the undergraduate student body at Penn State. The assembly’s decision to hold a closed session in order to discuss the Freeh Report next Wednesday directly contradicts everything that the organization claims to stand for and strives to be.

It’s been 31 days since the first day of school. And while I hope those 31 days have been perfect, it's OK if they're not. Trust me, I know.
