Last month, UPUA passed legislation to launch the creatively-titled WTF (What To Fix) PSU campaign. The idea itself is simple enough: use social media to let UPUA know what you'd like to see fixed around campus. While the idea is good in theory, we all know it'll be used for boring things like fixing water fountains or putting more chairs in the HUB because it's UPUA and UPUA rarely does anything exciting. With that in mind, the staff at Onward State compiled a list of six things that WTF PSU should do to make our school a better place.

I recently sat down with the 10 students on this year's Homecoming Court to get to know them a little better and ask them some fun questions they probably don't get asked every day. Onward State will publish two videos a day leading up to Homecoming weekend as we await the next heirs of Penn State royalty. Here's John Satira.

If you're like me, the most interesting piece of news to hit the national media yesterday was not Congress bickering, but the story of Ross Ulbricht and the Silk Road shutdown.

The United States government may have shut down this week, but UPUA was chugging along as usual. The bylaws were fixed, a policy was passed, and another policy was recommitted. All in all, it was the kind of night dreams are made of.

I wouldn't describe it as fun, but it was an oddly therapeutic experience that was made even more worthwhile by the 15 dollars I was given at the end.
