With THON weekend rapidly approaching, you might be worrying about how well your body will be able to handle the no sitting, no sleeping 46-hour dance marathon if you are lucky enough to dance. If that sounds like you, don't worry -- UPUA has been working with THON Overall Chairperson Will Martin and Morale Overall Melanie Sessa as well as fitness coordinator Jill Garrigan to help you out.

Penn State's Master of Business Administration program will host its "Snowflakes FTK" event tomorrow from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Business Building Atrium. It all seems pretty simple -- show up, decorate a paper snowflake, and it will be hung from the atrium bridge for the week.

THON announced today the first ever “Dance With Us” celebration, a globally coordinated line dance. The initiative is the first of its kind, and will take place THON weekend February 16th at 6:45pm. The goal is to have THON enthusiasts worldwide all perform a 30 second line dance at the same time. This will give everyone who is unable to be at the BJC THON weekend a chance to partake in the fun and awareness of THON weekend.

A year after debuting in the Android Market, iPhone and Droid users alike are now able to utilize THON's very own smartphone application. The app, which was developed by Technology Committee (@TECH_FTK) captains from both this year and last, condenses the main points of THON's website into a simple mobile package. App users can access news, photos from previous years, a calendar of events, and a link to donate from their mobile device.
