The 2016 Homecoming Parade featured all of the best Penn State traditions and then some.
The THON Executive Committee announced its 2017 theme, "Igniting Hope Within," at the beginning of the Homecoming Parade this evening.
"We work hard to educate and empower these volunteers on how they can make a greater impact in the fight against childhood cancer."
