Infractions by Football programs have landed many teams in hot water, leading to fines, probation and the nullification of athletic records. The below chart details the number of major infractions. AT&T is sponsoring a pretty cool competition in which entrants can win $10,000 cash in scholarship money for creating a mobile device application.
