What: The practice of Mantra Yoga helps us delve deeper into the inner core of our hearts and brings in sobriety and calmness. Sound vibrations practiced in an open joyous way, is called Kirtan. It is practiced in a call and respond fashion with many people involved. The practitioners of the kirtan yoga experience the translation of the inner sense of calmness which they achieve from Mantra Yoga to external exuberance and joy in kirtan yoga. This often is a result of a collective expression of energy and ecstasy.  Basically, join in for some great music and free vegetarian dinner!

American universities produce more research and relevant knowledge for the world at large than any other institutions I know of.
