Andrew Bailey, a film and video student at University Park, sent us this short documentary about the Council of Commonwealth Student Governments (CCSG). The CCSG is a legislative body that represents students from Penn State’s 19 commonwealth campuses. The documentary was produced during the December 4-5 Council Weekend.

American universities produce more research and relevant knowledge for the world at large than any other institutions I know of.
