NRC Graduate Program Rankings

The National Research Council (NRC) released its 2010 doctoral program (graduate school) rankings on Tuesday. The NRC does this type of release every 10 yrs, though the last release took place in 1995. This data is taken very seriously by many firms that judge our institutions. Let’s see what the report says…

Check out the web-tool, hosted on The Chronicle, developed based on the 2010 NRC Rankings of Doctoral Programs. If that doesn’t spark your interest, I’ll just summarize how Penn State did.

  • #5 in Biology
  • #8 in Physics
