We at Onward State know that the President is a very busy man, and almost every minute of his life is scheduled for him. Though billed as #UPUAcalypse on Twitter, tonight's University Park Undergraduate Association meeting only lasted until about 10:30 p.m. instead of the predicted midnight or 1 a.m. The main event was the Elections Code, about which the debate was very lengthy, detailed, and repetitive, for the most part. But though many amendments were on the table, very little about the code changed from last year's iteration.

Yesterday was National Signing Day, which is like Christmas for college football programs and fans across the country. Penn State signed 16 recruits yesterday from 8 different states, finishing in the Top 40 in the team rankings on Scout.com and Rivals.com. Check out the Class of 2011!
