Welcome to Happy Valley Communications

For those of you who don’t know them, Happy Valley Communicati0ns is the Onward State of Public Relations. Born in 2009,  HVC is  Penn State’s only student-run public relations firm that exists to offer professional PR services to Penn State and  national campaigns. At the heart of HVC is the relationships between students, faculty and the general public. Director of Public relations for HVC, Kristin ReRosa, notes the significance of real world experience that HVC provides students.

“Everyone that I’ve seen come through HVC has left as a confident young professional and it’s really made all of our hard work worth it, ” DeRosa said.

Happy Valley Communications offers five broad services to their clients in the fields of; research, media relations, writing, event planning, and campaign planning. Past clients include Centre County Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Innoblue, Penn State EcoCAR, and Penn State Computer Store, WPSU, and many more local businesses.

HVC is seeking to continue their growth through further additions to their staff and are accepting applications until 5p.m tomorrow.
