Tonight's meeting of the University Park Undergraduate Association offered, in effect, a puzzling dilemma, a curious Catch-22. The Penn State IFC-Panhellenic Dance Marathon, or THON, has released it's Summary of Fundraising Activities for the 2010-2011 fiscal year (July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2011) today.
