Most Obscure Places to Take Your Grad Photos

Tired of sitting in line for the traditional run-of-the-mill places to take your grad photos? The Lion Shrine, Old Main, and the Penn State sign are all classic-yet-cliché locations to sport that cap and gown. We did a series last year of “The Worst Places to Take Your Grad Photos,” and they were so bad, we decided to follow up with another series this year: our best hipster effort at the most obscure places to take grad photos.

While we can’t officially condone pregaming the ceremony…you know what, just do it. It’s the only way you’re going to make it through listening to names read in alphabetical order. But you didn’t hear that from us.

Just try it.

Mike the Mailman

An awesome picture with the best human being on the face of the earth. If you missed out on this, don’t fret. You know where to find Mike Herr.

Have you seen any other unconventional graduation picture locations? Where were they?
