The time between spring practices and preseason training camp often features a bit of a lull for Penn State football and its fans. However, there was a bit of excitement yesterday, as Bill O'Brien released his post-spring practice depth chart for the 2013 season.
Another one bit the dust. Today, Governor Corbett announced the forced resignation of Richard Allan, his secretary of the Department of Conservation of Natural Resources. Allan is also an ex officio member of the Board of Trustees and was present during the entirety of the Sandusky Scandal.
Senior Justin Kirchhevel has decided to leave the hockey program due to personal reasons. He will return home to South Dakota and finish out his Penn State degree through online classes.
