DOTD: LaVar Arrington Dances to an MC Hammer Song

The list of “Greatest Linebackers in Penn State History” is a long one, but towards the top you will undoubtedly find LaVar Arrington. Of course, there’s the LaVar Leap, but his career statistics are amazing. Arrington was a First Team All-American and All-Big Ten linebacker in 1998 and 1999, he won the Butkus, Bednarik, and Lambert Awards in 1999, and was the #2 overall pick in the 2000 NFL draft.

After a successful NFL career, Arrington retired in 2007, and is now a radio personality in Washington, D.C. Along with his co-host Chad Dukes, Arrington can be heard weekdays from 2-6 p.m.

Dukes is a Vine user, and yesterday, he gave us this gem — Arrington dancing to “Pumps and a Bump” by MC Hammer. Here is your distraction of the day:
