Instagram is really good at making us look like we have photographic talent. You can take a photo of just about anything, slap a filter on that bad boy, enhance the brightness, and you've got yourself something cool to stare at for up to several seconds!
Penn State basketball (12-10, 3-6) travels to East Lansing on Thursday night to take on 9th ranked Michigan State (19-3, 8-1) with the hope of picking up its fourth straight conference win.
With five inches of snow covering the ground and a whole bunch of construction taking up the lawn, the view from the HUB is pretty bleak these days. Luckily, thanks to the Class of 1999, there is a gorgeous aquarium on the first floor to give us something to admire.
Last week, we shared the stories of three Penn State students who are dancing in THON this year. This week, we have three more stories of dancers who are 15 days away from standing for 46 hours straight.
Wednesday night was special, because I covered my first UPUA meeting in 2½ years. I was anticipating, like days of old, the burning of midnight oil and a hefty amount of squabbling. So I was taken aback when first, the meeting started promptly at 8 p.m., and second, when it was finished in just 42 minutes.
While we'll probably won't see a snow day during our time at Penn State, here's how they make decisions not to cancel.
