UConn Basketball Transfer Terrence Samuel Commits To Penn State

Less than a month after talented guard, and big personality Geno Thorpe decided to transfer out of State College, Pat Chambers and his coaching staff have picked up a commitment from another guard to potentially take his place. Former UConn point guard Terrence Samuel visited Penn State today and committed today as well according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
