Tuition Bill Deadline Extended In Wake Of LionPATH Transition

LionPATH strikes again. In light of this week’s error-filled transition from eLion to LionPATH, Penn State announced Tuesday that the Bursar’s office will extend the deadline for fall 2016 student tuition bills by one week, from August 22 to August 29.

Online billing statements will still reflect the August 22 due date, but the Bursar will continue to accept payments from students until August 29 without enacting any type of late fees.

Students receiving financial aid should see a section for anticipated aid on their online bill. If this section isn’t on your bill, check your LionPATH student center for “incomplete action items.”

If you’re having trouble allowing your parents access to your bill, you can visit this LionPATH tutorial. The quality of LionPATH training videos may vary.

If you can’t access your fall 2016 tuition bill, it’s not surprising, considering LionPATH’s history. You should be able to view your bill in the LionPATH Student Center by selecting “Manage My Account/Make A Payment” in excessively small print under the finances heading.
